CALABASH
Built in 1988 as LANA AND HARLEY, CALABASH is a 44-foot gaff-rigged schooner constructed at G&B and is Nat Benjamin's first Schooner design. After spending 25 years in Bermuda she was overdue for some attention. The boat was brought back to Vineyard Haven for a complete refit. The restoration included rebuilding the deck, addressing structural issues, and upgrading the plumbing and electrical systems. Much of the boat remains the same while new features like an electric windlass were added. With a restored rig and masts, CALABASH has returned to the water as a fully revitalized classic.
